Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Virtus, operated by Elever Vision, including the virtus.living website and the app.virtus.living application (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Virtus is a health-focused quantified self platform: it brings together data from different sources, organizes it in an integrated, longitudinal way, and provides analyses and interpretations of it.

2. Beta and invite-only access

The Service is in beta, with invite-only access. Features may change, be added or removed, and availability may vary as we evolve the product.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. The data you provide must be truthful and your own.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access third-party accounts or data, and not to compromise the integrity or security of the platform.

5. Your health decisions

Virtus provides information, organization and interpretation of your data to support your own analysis. Decisions about your health are yours: you are the one who decides about your own body, and the Service's information is one more input in that process.

6. Ownership and data

Your health data is yours. The processing of that data is described in the Privacy Policy. The brand, software and content of the Service belong to Elever Vision.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, especially during the beta. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
